I asked Neil to help me with my business. First of all, his approach was based on listening. Simply, he listened to me talk about my business and what the challenges were.
He then asked some really good, challenging questions and got me to talk about what I really wanted to achieve in my business. Furthermore, once he had a really good understanding of the business, he then offered me pithy advice that really made sense for my business. As a result, I was able ot structure my thoughts about what I really needed to focus on. Consequently, I was able to grow the business in the right direction and at the right speed.
