Who is Patrick?
I have over 20 years MD experience managing a variety of SME businesses, both steering the development of individual companies or groups of companies within a Division.  I hold BSc and MSc qualifications by education and I am also a systems efficiency “lean 6-sigma black belt”, however the majority of my business learning has been running high growth businesses, deploying sales and marketing strategies, building repeatable processes and developing high performing teams…………..whilst maximising profitability.

What can I expect from coaching with Patrick?
Engaging me as a coach is not a sign of failing but more a proof that you are serious about taking your business to its full potential. We see the majority of business owners working hard IN their business instead of ON their business. Sometimes just “not seeing the wood for the trees”.

The pace of growth is not set by my agenda, it’s my role to align with your aspirations and help you achieve them.  Of course this is also governed entirely by the amount of quality time you put into the process.  As with most things in life you only get out what you put in!  However as we celebrate the achievement of goals along the way, you are likely to set yourself higher goals, so we continue along the path for as far as you wish to travel.
