Who is Patrick?

I have over 20 years MD experience building 6, 7 and 8 figure SME businesses, including 4 from start up; steering the development of individual companies or groups of companies within a Division.

I hold BSc and MSc qualifications by education, however the majority of my business learning has been running high growth businesses, building repeatable processes and high performing teams.  In recent years, as a trusted business mentor in the West Midlands, this has enabled me to help relieve time stress with business owners.  This also brings clarity and control, and has accelerated their performance.

Engaging me as a coach is not a sign of failing.  It’s more a proof that you are serious about taking your business to its full potential. We see the majority of business owners working hard IN their business instead of ON their business. Sometimes just “not seeing the wood for the trees”.
