Simon Buck has recently won the best client ratings award at the national ActionCOACH conference. The award was independently verified by renowned survey company Smith adn Henderson after their second year using the industry standard NPS (net promoter score) to measure customer satisfaction.

This is the second year the survey has been undertaken and the second year Simon has won the award. This year his score was 100%.

The NPS asks a simple question, “would you recommend or refer this person or service to a friend or colleague” Scores are on a 1 – 10 basis, 1-6 are classed as “detractors” and score (-1), the next band is 7 – 8 and are classed as “passives” these score (0) and only 9 – 10 are classed as “promoters” with a (+1) score. ActionCOACH across the UK scored 73 which is truly world leading and puts the company ahead of Apple and on a par with Amazon as the best in the world.
