Customer Satisfaction Survey 2019 - 95% would recommend!
This annual survey provides a great opportunity to collate valuable feedback and testimonials from clients and how we can help them better.
The two main aims of this survey are to:
- Recognise Client Successes
- Identify areas for coaching improvements from direct feedback
The survey is conducted by an independent research agency, WorkBuzz (formerly Smith & Henderson). Each ActionCoach requests their current & past Clients to take part in the survey. WorkBuzz will then send a personalised email invitation to each client so they can complete the online survey. There are just 10 questions and the survey only takes 3-4 minutes to complete. Participation was 66.6% for 2019.

What do you best like about your ActionCOACH?
Being human, we all have off times and times of “Just can’t be bothered”, when these times come being the boss there is no one there to push you on, this is where your ActionCoach really makes the difference. – William Rowe
Friendly and knowledgeable we saw a great benefit from our sessions. – Keith Morris
As a business owner, a father and a husband, even we need someone outside the box to give it to us straight and without prejudice. To have someone take an unbiased look at our business and be honest about its flaws and its potential is priceless. We like access to tried and tested methods to help improve the business. – Jide Akanbi
The support – Shane Kingston
Steve has been able to analyse my procedures and to offer suggestions on how to improve them. He has also suggested several ideas to improve management. I am constantly impressed. I feel I benefit from his different perspective, as it allows me to approach problems in a different way. – Derek Buchanan
Setting goals and check ins – David Alvarez
Steve has gained a good understanding of our business, the staff and the challenges. Over the last couple of years Steve has helped us grow considerably and provided helpful advice, tools and insights for every stage. – Mark Smith
The tea drinking – and the friendly personal approach. – Adam Searle
How has your business changed?
My business has changed in many ways but the most important change has been that my ActionCoach has taught me to SEPARATE my business from me. The separation has made a major difference to my family life. – William Rowe
More systematised – Paul Webb
We have sharpened our act on a few areas of our business down to the Action coach– Keith Morris
We are able to monitor progress better. There is a new found optimism about the potential of the business. Our business goals are now realistic. – Jide Akanbi
It’s still early in the process but I can see how my work-life balance could be improved. I always worry about spending time away from my everyday work but trust that this will be less of a problem as I become better able to manage my time, thanks to Steve’s coaching. – Derek Buchanan
More motivated with increased sales – Sue Beswick
I am more focused on what has to be achieved – Caroline Howells
We have looked at what the core business should be – David Alvarez
It is a constantly evolving work in progress, but our systems and processes have improved considerably and we’ve grown roughly 40-50% in staff and revenue. – Mark Smith
Better able to understand areas of importance that require attention or change – Adam Searle
How has your life changed? (i.e. Are you now able to enjoy more time with family, pursue your hobbies more, take more holidays or give back to your community?)
I have found out that my business can run for periods without me and letting others get things 95% right compared to my 98% right makes so very little difference. I am more able to spend quality time with the family rather than just being there worrying about what is happening at the business. – William Rowe
Working towards having more time with family. – Paul Webb
It has eased the pressure in some areas – Keith Morris
The key word is optimism. I feel less fear about the future. Regarding time with family, hobbies, holidays or the community, we are not there yet but I am sure we’ll get there eventually. – Jide Akanbi
Not yet. I’m at a stage where I’m actually spending more time working than ever. I expect that, as my procedures become routine, I will have more time for other things. – Derek Buchanan
Able to spend more time with family and feel confident that the business is in good hands – Sue Beswick
Try to get more of a work life balance and not feel “guilty” – Caroline Howells
Still in the fairly early growth stages of business so still very busy and working a lot of hours, but I can see the light at the end of the tunnel now. – Mark Smith
Change is slow but definitely happening (at much the same speed as evolution). – Adam Searle
Many thanks to all who completed the Questionnaire this year. Plenty of work still to be done, as we are always looking to improve and develop to give us the lives we want to lead!
