I work with clients in a range of ways:
Skilled in dealing with SME businesses, I offer start ups and micro businesses a practical education on core skills e.g. sales, financials, marketing, etc. called The High Achievers Club. I also run GrowthCLUB every quarter for all clients to ensure that they have robust plans for their businesses.
For more mature companies (£250k+) I offer 1:2:1 coaching with owners and directors on a weekly or fortnightly basis; working with them to create and stay on track with effective plans and activity.
Coaching is about helping Business Owners to achieve their personal and business goals and ensuring that they have the time to enjoy the choices that success brings.
