This involves identifying 5 key numbers in their current marketing, sales and profit margins. Then by making slight improvements to each of these key numbers, the client’s profit will (surprisingly) increase by more than 60%.

What are these small improvements?

Minor increases in the following 5 areas will greatly increase your profit:

  1. Average number of leads/enquiries you get per year
  2. Your average conversion rate percentage (the percentage of those leads that convert into paying customers)
  3. Number of transactions each of your customers make on average
