Have you measured how many leads you’re getting, how many you’re converting, the average order value of each client, the return on investment you’re getting?
You need to know:
How many leads each strategy generates you.
The number of customers you convert from those leads.
How much those customers spend with you.
The acquisition cost – How much it costs you to ‘buy a customer’
Knowing this kind of information makes it a lot easier to buy more customers going forward.
Do more of the strategies that work.
Improve the strategies that don’t work as well.
Stop the strategies that don’t produce results.
