If you have been to any of my workshops or seminars, you will have heard me say, and possibly even shout, the words Test & Measure.

Even if you haven’t, I’m pretty sure you will have at least heard those words somewhere else.

But why are they so important?

Well, without them, how do you know which marketing activities works?
How do you know what’s worth doing again?
What needs improving?
Which strategies need to stop?

HAlf the money I spend on advertising is wasted. The trouble is, I don't know which half.

Have you tested & measured different copy, different images, different calls to action, different audiences, different campaign objectives?

How many leads each strategy generates you.
The number of customers you convert from those leads.
How much those customers spend with you.
The acquisition cost – How much it costs you to ‘buy a customer’

Knowing this kind of information makes it a lot easier to buy more customers going forward.

Do more of the strategies that work.
Improve the strategies that don’t work as well.
Stop the strategies that don’t produce results.
