Coaching is a misunderstood process.
In my experience the accountability process is firstly about coaching you, the business owner. Your performance = your potential less removing interference.
In other words, being focussed, having clarity on where you are and where you want to be in the future.
What it means is that you’re investing in an external advisor……..someone who you are accountable to and who you set your business goals with……..and your personal goals!
The coach holds you accountable to achieving your goals. This is not a fireside discussion like “how are you doing?”
It’s a process that will, if you are committed to it, grow your business faster and greater than you would on your own. Thousands of our clients would pay testament to this.
I use a process which demands the highest level of accountability from you. Being coached is not for everyone or the faint hearted. In fact I’d go as far to say that with a proper initial assessment you’ll quickly deselect yourself from being coached. Equally you can select yourself………
