It’s vital in your business to seek feedback.
Feedback from who?
- Customers
- Suppliers
- Your team
There’s an old adage that people leave you through “perceived indifference”. So if you don’t ask them they may well just leave you!
As a business coach I ask my clients for feedback after each coaching session- for example:
- What did you get from our session?
- What do you need to do now?
- Where are you stuck?
- Is the pace of the coaching ok for you?
- What do we need to change?…..more of/less of etc
So think about how you might seek feedback from your key business partners……start with the 3 I’ve listed above.
Let’s take your customers for example.
Construct a list of items you need feedback on………
- How’s our service?
- Quality?
- Delivery?
- What could we do to help you more?
Make your relevant list!
You can construct formal and informal questions. You can systemise this as well, monthly/quarterly.
Show them you care…….seriously.
And when you get their feedback make sure you ACT on it.
It will really help you retain your customers, suppliers’ and your team.
