Key performance ones or key PREDICTIVE ones.
There is a difference; I strongly suggest you move NOW to the PREDICTIVE indicators that will drive your business.
Here’s the point……just like driving your car or your business, what is your business dashboard, and are you taking it seriously.
The KEY words are PREDICTIVE and I
Performance ones are historic. Predictive ones DRIVE your business. But don’t set them unless you’re going to take ACTION on them.
Also set the KEY ones………..3 or 4 ……..not 30!!
What gets measured gets managed and IMPROVES.
