Time flies doesn’t it?

Yes it does………so it’s a powerful process to step back and ask yourself some questions. Questions of course are the answers!

So what questions are you asking yourself about yourself and your business performance?

Here’s 10 questions you could ask as starters:

  1. What profit have I made versus what I planned to make?
  2. Why was there the variance in performance?
  3. What key initiatives do I need to make in the business in the next 3 months?
  4. What do I actually need to STOP doing; START doing; DO MORE of; DO LESS of? These 4 questions alone can be highly revealing
  5. Am I taking Ownership for my personal and business growth or “just going through the motions”?
  6. Am I accountable- and for what…..specifically?
  7. Am I taking responsibility………for what?
  8. What’s the “elephant in the room” in my business?
  9. PIP 1: What Profit Improvement plan do I have for the business?
  10. PIP 2: What Personal improvement plan do I have for me and my team?

As a coach holding my clients accountable and on track for what they want from their business is my real role.

It starts by setting and agreeing “stretch” business and personal goals

Then having the right strategies to deliver the goals is next; then having the right actions against each chosen strategy comes next…….that means we now have a plan!! Then we work the plan in line with Key predictive and key performance numbers………..simple really.

The problem is we seem to like making things complex; we look for distractions or allow ourselves to be distracted; we focus on everything but our plan…..Be honest.

So make some big changes in your business and personal life; start with some of the disciplines mentioned above. Seek support to help you change and transition.
