ON means strategy, planning, budgeting. Getting the right team in place “the right people in the right seats on your business bus. Getting the right systems in your business; having a robust Sales and marketing plan
Forecasting “bottom up”- not just with bland assumptions and aspirations
Finally, get your business valued NOW and be clear on that needs to be done to optimise its future saleability.
Remember, your business should ultimately serve you and your personal needs and should be a future asset…..not a liability.
