I was recently asked what made ActionCOACH so different from other coaching companies and individuals out there, and lets be honest, there are lots. So I thought I would share with you my reply…
ActionCOACH invented the business coaching sector back in 1993 and is the worlds largest coaching firm by a country mile with over 1500 coaches in 53 countries and have coached over 1m businesses to great success. This means that when you work with one of us there isn’t an issue or challenge you will encounter in business that someone hasn’t already experienced and overcome.
The 6 steps approach we take to working with businesses was developed by the worlds best coaches and has been refined over the past 20 plus years to deliver a proven approach to getting results, taking a business from where they are today to where they desire to be in the future.
We educate ourselves every week working harder on ourselves than we do on our businesses to ensure the latest thinking, techniques and all round business principles are honed so we can be the best that we can be.
We and our clients have access to some of the worlds best educators, trainers and coaches through events, seminars and awards programmes and create real community for the businesses we work with.
Before you even get to whether you feel you can work with me on a 1:1 basis this is what sits behind me as the coach.
All of this translates into helping business owners to have the freedom of choice they deserve from the businesses they run, how more worthwhile could my role be?
