It was great to see so many business owners take part in the Client Satisfaction Survey last year, 2018. It provided some incredible results and helped pin point areas for improvement.

This annual survey provides a great opportunity to collate valuable feedback and testimonials from clients and how we can help them better.

The two main aims of this survey are to:

  • Recognise Client Successes and Identify areas for coaching improvements from direct feedback

The survey is conducted by an independent research agency, WorkBuzz (formerly Smith & Henderson), which already conducts ActionCOACH’s annual Franchisee Satisfaction Survey.

· Each franchise partner completes the Client Data Form, for each client.

· WorkBuzz will then send a personalised email invitation to each client so they can complete the online survey. There are just 10 questions and the survey only takes 3-4 minutes to complete.

Please note, to comply with Data Protection all personal data is encrypted, only used for the purposes of the survey and will be deleted after the survey closes.

What do you best like about your ActionCOACH?

Being human, we all have off times and times of “Just can’t be bothered”, when these times come being the boss there is no one there to push you on, this is where your ActionCoach really makes the difference. – William Rowe

I have found out that my business can run for periods without me and letting others get things 95% right compared to my 98% right makes so very little difference. I am more able to spend quality time with the family rather than just being there worrying about what is happening at the business. – William Rowe
