Can’t believe that we have been working together for TWO years now! Thought I’d outline some of the successes we have achieved:
- A reduction in marketing spend by £23,000, without any reduction in sales, resulting in a definite increase in profit!
- A new focus on staff training, leaving me more time to concentrate on the business and investigate other investment opportunities. Plus spend more quality time with my family.
