I am now into my third year of coaching with Stuart and ActionCOACH and my business, my role within it and my personal life, have changed a great deal. When I started coaching I had no clear direction for my business, there was little or no medium and long term planning, and the business was totally dependant on me. So much so, that I was working 12 hour days, seven days a week.
I knew that I had to get the current, profitable business better structured to enable future growth, but didn’t know how to go about it. Our needs were firmly in the area of planning, organisation and systemisation and the tools that ActionCOACH made available through weekly coaching and regular 90 Day Planning workshops, have enabled me to achieve this. The most significant change in the first year of coaching was reaching the point where I could delegate and share responsibility. This has allowed me to develop a properly structured organisation to grow the business.
I am delighted to say that with Stuart’s help my results have gone from strength to strength. In the first two years of coaching my turnover has increased by 87% and net profit by a staggering 161%.
I have employed a new Contracts Manager and 7 new engineers and now only work 35 hours a week. I have invested in new premises, and am putting an infrastructure in my business to cope with our future growth.
