If you know me, then you know I love a formula.
This one isn’t about sales conversion or lead generation. This formula is about YOU and your MINDSET.
BE x DO = HAVE.
In other words, if you want to have 100% of everything you ever dreamed of:
You not only need to be 10 out of 10 in what you do to achieve that kind of success
Also you need to be 10 out of 10 on who you become.
Who we become is a sum of the skills we acquire, the beliefs and values we hold and our identity, all of which are shaped by our environment.
To be successful, there are some things you have to do to achieve that success. But, between where you are now and where you want to be, I think you’ll find that you might need to be a different person. Look at your environment now, and what it will look like. What needs to change?
Let me give you an example.
I have a belief, a mindset. I believe that business is a force for good.
Running your own business gives you the opportunity to take care of other people.
Your products and services make a difference in the world. They make the world a better place.
You have the opportunity to be a great employer and to ensure that your team enjoy engaging, fulfilling work and that they get their needs and goals met by working with you.
The more profit your business makes, the more Tax is generated for our collective system.
Tax is a good thing because we all pay in and we all benefit from that system.
The better you pay your team, the more Tax goes in to the system, and the more products and services they can buy, the more fun they have.
Other businesses get stronger and stronger too, and the the cycle continues.
In other words, when your business wins, everybody wins.
It is my belief that business is a force for good that lead me to become a coach in the first place. I want you to be successful. In other words, I don’t want this to be just another blog on how to become better at business, I want you to learn what you need to do to be successful, as well as become the successful person you want to be.
