We all know the mindset analogy of a cup being half full or half empty.

But what happens when your cup is full? How much more can you fit in it?

Nothing!

The trouble some business owners face when growing their business, is that their cup is already full.

They aren’t actively looking to learn more about business, learn new strategies, striving to get better.

That’s a fixed mindset.

They may have achieved a certain level of success on their own, which is fantastic, but when they hit a plateau, they don’t know how to get passed it.

And without learning something new, you never will.

If you know everything already, then you’re already as successful as you’re ever going to be.

When in business, you have to have the Growth Mindset.

You need to be investing time, effort and money into yourself, in order to achieve the success you want.

Most business owners go into business in the thing that they’re really good at, but never learn the craft of being good at business.

Some business owners may struggle asking for help, as they think it is a sign of weakness (which was probably my attitude when starting in business).

Other business owners may not even know where to look!

Whatever your situation, asking for help is a strength.

If you have recognised that others can help you achieve the success you want, and achieve it a lot easier than you would on your own, then why wouldn’t you ask for help?

‘I Know’ are the two most expensive works in business, because lets face it, will there ever be a time where you know everything?

Make sure you keep adding to your cup!
