A lot of business owners will then make the decision to take on staff to help them deliver the product or service to their clients.
The trouble is, the business owner is still solely focussed on their clients.
But as soon as you take on your first member of your team, YOUR TEAM should be your main focus.
You need to look after your team.
Your team will look after your customers.
The customers are going to take care of your business.
And the business looks after you!
This mindset can often be a huge obstacle for business owners to overcome, but once you understand this, it can transform your business.
Remember, as soon as you take on your first member of staff, they are your main priority!
