As a result of our growth, we’re looking for a dynamic Creative Executive Personal Assistant or Virtual Assistant as one of our Current Vacancies. We are looking for flair and passion for marketing and social media. In addition to that, we are looking for a person who wants to be part of The Worlds Number 1 Business Coaching Company.

First and foremost, you will have significant autonomy and the opportunity to manage projects. Secondly, you will organise events and diary scheduling. In addition to these, you will communicate and report on KPIs and goals.

If you can do all of that, then this is the role for you.

You’ll be joining an Award Winning Coaching Practice in between St. Helens and Wigan. In conclusion part of THE #1 Global Business Coaching organisation, with a huge vision of abundance within business.

What you’ll be doing…….
  • Writing creative pieces of copy for websites, social media and print
  • Representing us in front of prospective clients
  • Development and writing of press releases
  • Liaising with current clients and prospects
  • Organising Events and seminars
  • Maintaining relationships with strategic partners
  • Organising Ian’s diary
  • Supporting Ian with clients and suppliers
  • Production of hand written communication
  • Recording of KPI’s within the Company
  • Turn audio messages into CRM notes and schedule follow-up actions
Who you are……

First, you are extremely likeable and charismatic. Secondly, you are highly motivated. More importantly, focused goes without saying and above all, you have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

  • Articulate in written and spoken word
  • Able to understand what makes people tick
  • Excellent in interviewing skills and have the confidence to meet new people and ask probing questions
  • Highly organised, goal-oriented and willing to challenge to get things done
  • Able to think outside the box, be proactive and solutions-focused and willing to go the extra mile
  • The holder of a keen eye for detail
  • Determined and self-reliant, with an energetic and persistent nature and the ability to influence and persuade
  • A strong marketeer, in social media
  • Well connected within the local St. Helens and Wigan business community
  • Able to organise large databases – preferably using CRM software
  • Experienced at leading short, medium and long term marketing strategies
  • Competant with social media video editing skills
  • Committed to your own personal development
