1. Each member of my team is inspired in their role, contributing

to the company’s vision and mission

  1. I have a system for career planning within the company
  2. I have an ongoing training system for staff including time management training, sales training and team skill based sessions
  3. Each team member has a personal and professional development plan that they regularly review with their manager
  4. All of my staff have job descriptions and after 1 year, can fill in completely for their manager at any time
  5. My business has contingency staffing plans in the case of any absence and staff are cross-trained so as to remove “kingpins”
  6. I have identified, appointed and groomed a general manager so I can walk away from the business and still get massive results
  7. I don’t have to show up at work every day & can take extended holidays without impact on the business’s results
  8. I enjoy and am motivated by my role in my business
  9. I know the current market value of my business and have an exit plan for when I choose to exit
  10. I have a documented plan for the business continuation and transition if I were to die or become physically unable to work
  11. I have a written investment plan for the excess capital that is being produced by my business
  12. My business fulfils my life goals
