My Roller Coster Business Journey and How I Slowed It Down……

Business for myself was pretty much like a rollercoaster. Working with good clients who paid on time to working with bad ones who struggle to pay yet demanded more. I always found it massively difficult to organise future work when I was working on a current project.

The biggest thing I implemented after working with Ian was planning ahead. Default diary and diary, so I now organise in advance what my work pattern is so that the hours in my day are used to maximum potential.

“This has resulted in when I have my son, I’m no longer dealing with work and focus on just being his Dad”

Something that was incredibly important because as a parent their was nothing worse than telling him I had to finish something before spending time with him.

Coaching is the most beneficial thing you can do for your business if you’re working in it because as business owners we don’t allow ourselves to think about it.

I had plenty of light bulb moments when sat with Ian thinking, ‘why aren’t I doing that already’.

Not only that, its wonderful having that support network there when you’re unsure of a certain situation you can call Ian and ask him for advice. He’s seen it all and knows exactly what to do and exactly what to say.

I have already seen an increase in my revenue by 18% just by implementing a simple credit control strategy taught by Ian.

The way I would view coaching is an investment in yourself;

Do you deserve to have a happy life? Both personal and work?

Do you feel you’re the be all and end all of your business and without you it would crumble?

Do you actually want to spend time with your family and not having to worry about work?

If any of those points hit a nerve and you’re thinking yes then I’d most certainly contact Ian. You will not meet a kinder person in the world who’s so adamant in helping you succeed.
